Information we do not collect

We do not collect, process, store, transmit, sell, or request full gift card numbers, expiration dates, CVV/CID security codes, PINs, account passwords, or cardholder identity documents.

External official issuer websites

Our pages may link to official issuer websites. If you choose to check a balance, you should verify the issuer domain and review that issuer’s own privacy policy before entering any card details.

Basic site data

Like most websites, server logs may record technical information such as IP address, browser type, date, and requested URL for security and maintenance. This data is not used to process gift card balances.

If you contact us, do not include any card credentials or personal payment data. Send only non-sensitive correction requests or feedback.
